I had a disappointing experience at Orbis Restaurant. The food was lukewarm when it finally arrived, which was a huge letdown. Not only was the temperature off, but it also took an excessively long time for our order to come out, even though the place wasn't that busy. To make matters worse, they misplaced our order entirely. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and won't be returning anytime soon. Definitely not worth the wait or the price. While billing they gathered around and played around for a while for the misplaced order and we had to pay the extra amount. They said the owner is not available, mobile number is not available and no one to contact for the issue And horrible hand wash area as well. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
