Very happy with our stay. The property is gorgeous and surrounded by coffee plantations. The service staff is polite and fast. Food ordered from the restaurant is served in the rooms while breakfast is served in the common dining area on the 2nd floor. The room we got, room 202, is a spacious room with a drawing area + TV (TV works great but need our own accounts to watch things) and bedroom area with a dedicated work table. WiFi is stable and goes 15mbps (that's around 2 MBps, ISP is 'Udupi Fastnet') The area also has adequate network for Airtel and Jio. Note: The drive from the main road to the property is around 500 mtrs inwards. It's a bit tricky if you are new to driving but otherwise should be fine. Service: 5
