We bought carrot cakes during 2024 Christmas season . The first buy impressed us and since second order , cake started to get stale from the very 6-7 hours of opening the packets . We bought approx 7*400g cakes and 3*800g packets in order to gift friends . 80% of the buy resulted in stale or rancid cakes . Informed the counter guy 3 times and he was remorseless. Ignored our comment and said “ no way it can happen to our cakes “ . Sorry “ Orange “ : feeling disgusted in gifting stale cakes and pity on their behaviour and incorrigible behaviour . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
