Very bad customer service there.When i went to buy pastry this morning(24-6-2025), the cashier there was talking on the phone.I asked if there was pastry but he was still on the phone and didn't answer me.l waited for 15 minutes for his call to end. After that even when i asked to get a milk packet, he was still talking on the phone.I left there without buying anything.If you check the CCTV in the shop, you will understand everything.Shop in Koratty will help clear the name of Orange Bakery
