The menu of Italian and Turkish cuisines under the direction of the popular chef are wonderful at this place. Nothing can be better than trying nicely cooked pizza Margherita, lamb and grilled chicken. Come here for good baklava, Turkish delight and tiramisu if you are hungry. It's a must to order delicious margaritas, wine or gin while coming to Ophelia - The Ashok. Get your meal started with great bread drink, juice or coffee.
Select between indoor and outdoor seating. Many people note that the staff is cool at this place. Guests say that the service is spectacular here. This spot with the charming ambiance can be a place to start your journey at.

Their manager KIRTI is very rude. We had booked a table for 5 people and one friend joined us in late. So he disagreed to give us an extra chair. Highly unprofessional and very rude behaviour from their staff. Need to improve very much

Situated in The Ashok Hotel, Ophelia ticks all boxes when it comes to a place which serves you perfectly - be it food , drinks , ambience or just the vibes.The ambience is chic and classy. Individual cabanas are also there. They have outside and indoor seating available with 2 big bar counters. The drinks are really good and they have their specially curated flavoured Gin based cocktails. The presentation is good.Food is on next level - they have wide variety of Lebanese , Turkish and Italian food available. Do try their Chicken Adana kebabs , Pide , Tapenade Grilled Chicken and the chocolate mushroom,The service is impressive.Rates are a bit on the expensive side though.

Harrassment by Valet over TipsI had one of the worst and most disturbing experiences of my life today. when I was leaving Ophelia after a lunch, the valet guy came and asked for a tip. I grabbed a bunch of 20rs notes out of my wallet and gave it to him, probably a total of 80-100 as that was the only change I had at that time.He told me, "madam aajkal 20-30 rupeye kaun deta hai" (who gives 20-30 rupees these days)I was getting late for an appointment and told him "bhaiya this is the only change I have right now"the guy tells me, "madam aapne ye 20-20 rupye Dene hote hain na to aap rehne do, par aage se kabhi yahan aao to is taraf mat lagana, aage ki side pe lagana" (madam if you want to give these 20rupee notes just leave. But in the future if you come here don't park in this parking, go to the front side and park there.)I was getting late for a doctor's appointment and didn't have the time or else I would have gone in and talked with the management immediately. I did call them but i doubt any action will be taken.This is so pathetic because I can't imagine this kind of behaviour at any valet let alone in a 5 star hotel.I'm glad he thought it was only 20 rupees instead of seeing carefully so I didn't waste my money on such a rude and greedy person.Really sad that this is the level of Ophelia as this has been my favourite place for the last few years.
