Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever been through! The manager Rahul should be fired as he is rude and arrogant towards the customers. They refused to deliver my food when the delivery guy was already at the restaurant and asked us to cancel the order due to a technical fault with Swiggy! The management will refuse to take any responsibility whatsoever and hung up on me when i asked them to take it with Swiggy and not trouble me. I’ve ordering from the restaurant for years now and this unacceptable. Their behaviour towards the customers needs to change! Order from here if you like to be mistreated by Rahul.
