It was good dining experience. The quality of the ingredients reflects in the dishes. They even made the dish with care that we had 5yo kid with us. Pizza, Red sauce pasta, french fires were tried. All tasted good. Little pricey side though, considering the ambience, quality and location, price is justified for a family dinner. Thank you. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Open Kitchen Restaurant Pizzeria & Burgers. I was shocked to be refused access to the washroom unless I made a purchase. This policy is incredibly frustrating and unwelcoming, especially in urgent situations where someone might need to use the facilities but isn’t ready to order due to time constraints or other reasons. I was even willing to pay a fee just to use the restroom, but the staff mentioned it was only available to customers making a purchase. Additionally, there were no public washrooms nearby, and the staff's refusal to accommodate my urgent need was both unreasonable and inhumane. Such a restrictive approach to customer service is disappointing and reflects poorly on the establishment. While I understand the need to manage resources, basic amenities like restrooms should be accessible to everyone at least if there is an urgency. This experience has left me with a very negative impression, and I won’t be returning. I hope the management reconsiders this policy and adopts a more customer-friendly approach in the future.
