Nothing can be better than eating nicely cooked kabsa, blue cheese burgers and orange chicken. This place offers you to try good chocolate fudge, chocolate custard and baklava. I’ve been a frequent visitor to Club Opa bar & Cafe, and every experience has been nothing short of amazing. The combination of top-notch music and exquisite food makes it one of the best premium spots to unwind. Each weekend, they bring in world-class DJs, keeping the vibe electric and unforgettable. A big thank you to the PR team, especially Ritesh, who is always the go-to person for ensuring everything runs smoothly. A special shoutout to the entire bar team, especially Lawrence and his crew your fast and friendly service is truly impressive! The way you treat every guest with such care and efficiency is commendable. Bipin and team thank you again and again. I also want to appreciate the bouncer team for handling everything seamlessly and keeping the atmosphere enjoyable. Disappointing Experience at Opa We visited Opa after booking a table for 8-10 people with Vaibhav (Head PR). He quoted ₹50,000 as full cover and, upon requesting a discount, promised us a complimentary bottle of champagne. We also inquired about service charges, and he assured us they would be waived (as per Mumbai regulations, service charges are not mandatory). The party itself was great—good food and a fantastic vibe. However, things took a strange turn when we called for the champagne. The staff denied any such commitment. Even after showing them the messages, it took a lot of back-and-forth before they finally gave the bottle —but by then, it was already 3 AM, and we were about to leave. Then came the final blow—the bill included service charges despite Vaibhav’s assurance. When we requested the removal, the staff outright refused, saying it was “mandatory.” We asked to speak to Vaibhav, but he conveniently stopped answering calls. Instead of resolving the issue, the restaurant manager told us to contact him, which was completely unprofessional. Given that he had closed the deal, it was their responsibility to reach him. A night that started off well ended in frustration. For a place that claims to be one of Mumbai’s best clubs, Opa left us with a disappointing experience. Would we return? Definitely not.
