Very worst experience The service at Ooty Coffee House was poor, with unfriendly and rude staff. The food was also not good, lacking both taste and quality. The place felt disorganized, and there was no attention to customer satisfaction. Despite its location, it fails to deliver even a basic dining experience. Definitely not worth the time or money. ***They market themselves as a very old, iconic hotel, but it’s far from it.
