I recently stayed at Oottupurayil fast food, which had been on my bucket list for a while due to all the hype and anticipation. Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to the expectations. The hotel is situated in a prime area, making it easy to access popular attractions and transport links. The hotel’s design is modern and aesthetically pleasing, with a welcoming ambiance in the lobby and public areas. The staff was a major disappointment. From the moment we checked in, the service was very slow and unprofessional. Our requests for basic amenities were ignored, and the overall attitude of the staff was unhelpful and indifferent. While Oottupurayil fast food has a lot of potential with its great location and beautiful design, the poor staff performance and subpar food significantly detract from the overall experience. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements. For now, I cannot recommend this hotel to others.
