We had the pleasure of enjoying lunch at Ottupura, and it was truly a delightful experience. The food was exceptionally flavorful — the beef and moru curry, in particular, stood out with their authentic taste and perfect seasoning. Every dish was prepared with great care and tasted just like a comforting home-cooked meal. The service was warm, welcoming, and efficient, making us feel right at home. To top it all off, the pricing was very reasonable for the quality and portion size. The staff now act arrogant and uninterested, like they don’t care anymore. The food has gone downhill too — bland, poorly made, and definitely not worth the price. Success seems to have made them forget what got them there in the first place. Really disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
