Food is ok.. 2-3 times I went recently.. i had different experiences. First 2 times food was not that great that was beginning of the week. When I went on a Friday I got really nice food.. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400

I am absolutely furious with my experience at Oottupura. The staff was extremely rude, and the service was horrendous. We were treated so poorly that we walked out without even placing an order. It's shocking how unprofessional and disrespectful the staff was. If this is how they treat customers, they will quickly lose any chance of building a loyal customer base. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and will definitely ruin the restaurant's reputation. I’ll never return, and I strongly suggest management address this issue before it becomes a bigger problem. Service: 1
