Hello, Visited yesterday with my daughter. Thank you for responding with not so expert reply to her latest review. FYI she nowhere mentioned whether you prepared the marinate seperately or together for 100 people. The complaint was when owners said we don't add any additional salt/masala we use a premaid mix. Guys what's the point being authentic when you buy the stuffing from outside or whatever it is and just coat it to the meat and serve it your customers. So you guys argued as if there was no probability at all? Let's say u added extra premix to marinate before adding it to the griller or tandoor or kadai and before serving our order like don't you do the taste check with a spoon? That was the actual point. We could barely eat the chicken platter, prawn ghee roast and biriyani. No hate but we did visit your place first exactly 6 months ago and she did provide an amazing review from her another account. But when she got to know about premix thingy and when owners were not ready to agree to the point and could have just said we will surely work on it and taken the feedback positively because as customers even pay money including taxes, it's not that we are eating it for free and when we don't get to eat the food for what we pay it surely hurts. Please try make your inhouse masalas bring out the authenticity. We would again love to visit you soon. Thank you. *Read carefully because they don’t make anything in house everything is premix* Yesterday me and mum had been to this place, we ordered the following items: Bangda rava fry. Prawn ghee roast. Chapati. Chicken biryani. Chicken tikka platter Except bangda rava fry everything was salty and filled with masala. When I went to pay the bill and I told this to the owner’s who were sitting next to the billing counter. Told them stuff was salty, they didn’t let me complete my sentence and they were like no we don’t use salt n chilly powder nor any masala at all. I was like then am I lying? They we use premix so we don’t add any extra salt. So the premix that u use, do you guys not do the taste check before you marinate and before you serve it your customer ? very rude! Edited the review I saw all the lowest reviews, well it all makes sense now! Terrible place:) I hope you can bring your own recipes acknowledge when customer is complaining and serve good food through the lessons learnt:). FYI we did not prepare separate portion of dishes for you .. all the 3 dishes you mentioned are prepared or marinated in batches , the same has been served to multiple customers and we haven’t had any complaints from them . I had a very good experience at Only Fish. I tried the prawns rava fry, prawns biryani, and pomfret masala fry—all were delicious. The taste was awesome, and I really enjoyed my visit. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200
