Nice location , but staff needs to be trained for hospitality. No politeness. Food : good different taste. Top floor is only good if weather conditions favor. Had to shift in AC; that made staff uncomfortable.

Visited on a Thursday evening when the place was almost empty, yet the service was absolutely pathetic. No one attended our table for almost 20 minutes, and when we called someone over, the staff seemed completely untrained. We asked for cocktail recommendations based on our taste, but the server just blurted out random drink names without any understanding of them. We tried a vanilla vodka-based cocktail with popcorn syrup, and it was terrible — overly sweet, stale soggy popcorn, and a completely off balance of flavors. When we shared feedback, the staff looked blank and said, “it only has three ingredients,” which summed up their lack of training perfectly. The music was unbearably loud, with poor-quality speakers that made the ambience even worse. The food was strictly average — nothing worth revisiting or recommending. For a restaurant that claims to offer a fine-dine experience, it felt more like a noisy roadside setup with undertrained staff. We ended up going to Pincode afterward, which was 100x better in every aspect — ambience, service, and food. Bottom line: Save yourself the disappointment and skip One8 Commune Indore. There are far better places in town that actually understand what hospitality means. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200
