I went today for my BIG DAY celebration and they scammed us. Chicken lababdar was not even a basic lababdar . No quality nor quantity. They fooled us over charged us. Naan was actually papad. One plate of chicken lababdar consists of only 4 peices - highly not worth it. This place is highly non recommendable. If there was an option of negative rating i would have given that. Totally wastage of money and highly non recommendable. Do not visit this if you are planning to have a good meal. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1

Totally a false review. Our restaurant was closed today for regular customers as our restaurant had a private party. I believe you visited some other restaurant.

My girlfriend recently had a deeply upsetting experience with one step restaurant. After making an advance payment for a reservation, she had to cancel due to personal reasons. However, instead of understanding her situation, she was met with disrespect and hostility from one of the restaurant representatives when she requested a refund. The representative not only failed to provide basic customer service but also made my girlfriend feel belittled and humiliated for simply asking for what she was rightfully owed. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism and integrity of one step restaurant. It is deeply disappointing to see a restaurant prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and basic decency. No one should be made to feel disrespected or ashamed for simply exercising their right to cancel a reservation, especially due to personal reasons. I strongly urge One step restaurant to reevaluate their customer service policies and ensure that all their representatives treat patrons with the respect and empathy they deserve. Until there is a tangible improvement in their treatment of customers, particularly in refund processes, I cannot in good conscience recommended one step restaurant to anyone.
