However, during our recent visit, I was quite disappointed by the behaviour of Mr. Sen, who was attending to us. He seemed very unhelpful — my 87-year-old father-in-law requested a finger bowl to wash his hands, but Mr. Sen insisted that he go downstairs to the washroom. Only after repeated requests did one of his colleagues provide some tissue paper.At the time of billing, when I asked about the Zomato offer, Mr. Sen abruptly refused. Later, another staff member clarified that the offer was indeed applicable.As this visit happened just after Dussehra, I understand Mr. Sen might have been stressed. However, if similar feedback has been received about him earlier, it would be worthwhile for the management to coach him on better customer handling — especially with senior citizens.
