Visited this restaurant and had a very bad experience. Instead of resolving a simple issue, the staff started arguing aggressively and then used abusive and obscene language, including "maa-behen" slurs. This was completely unprovoked and extremely disrespectful. Such behavior in a customer service environment is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism and staff training.
