Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the HypeHad dinner recently at Once Upon a Time at Bagh with my family, and honestly, the experience was terrible from start to finish. The seating itself was uncomfortable — a cold table and chair made of wrought iron, with no table cloth at all, making it feel more like a roadside setup than a so-called fine dining place.There was no proper tableware, just the bare minimum. Even the tissue paper box looked cheap, and the menu was a plastic card, which completely kills the premium vibe they try to project.The service was bad. Our waiter, Anshul, had absolutely no sense of how to serve food — no professionalism, no courtesy, no attention to detail. The manager was equally inefficient and completely unhelpful when issues were pointed out.As for the food — strictly average at best. Nothing special, nothing memorable. And to make things worse, the place is extremely costly for the poor experience and mediocre quality.I had heard good things about this restaurant, which is why I came with expectations — but they were completely shattered. I would not suggest anyone waste their precious time and hard-earned money here. There are far better places with better food, service, and value for money.Definitely not recommended.

My visit to Once Upon a Time at the Bagh was an interesting and largely enjoyable experience. The ambiance is truly the star of the show here. Dining in a setting that feels like a beautifully curated garden, complete with tasteful lighting and lush greenery, creates a magical and serene atmosphere.
