Had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waiter was extremely rude and lacked basic manners when speaking to customers. When we raised a concern about the misleading menu description—specifically the ‘Dua of Chicken Kabab’ (Banjara/Pahadi), which was supposed to include both varieties—they refused to serve both and argued with us instead. The waiter even claimed that we lacked understanding, boasted that he personally prepared the menu, and insisted that no senior staff was available to address our concern. The owner didn’t bother to attend to us either. While some of the food was okay, the overall experience was ruined by arrogance, poor service, and misleading practices. Definitely would not recommend.
