Check in process was poorly handled. There were 3 people in the desk but only one person knew the details and other information . Secondly we ordered a potato fries and chicken pakora. The fries were soggy, uncooked and not even flavoured.. chicken pakora was literally had a foul smell and tasted bad . We informed about the same immediately and no response was received from the staff. And later we had to go to another restaurant outside for food.. Rooms were decent and ambiance is good but service is very bad.
