Visited On Toes restaurant today for lunch and had a disappointing experience. Found a cockroach in the Jain biryani, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. The service was poor, with inattentive staff and lack of basic hygiene – water bottles were served with broken caps and dirty. While a complimentary brownie was offered and the biryani was not charged in the final bill, these gestures did not make up for the overall substandard experience. Such a reputed restaurant and such things are completely not acceptable. Strongly urge the management to improve cleanliness and staff training.
