Visited On Toes restaurant today for lunch and had a disappointing experience. Found a cockroach in the Jain biryani, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. The service was poor, with inattentive staff and lack of basic hygiene – water bottles were served with broken caps and dirty. While a complimentary brownie was offered and the biryani was not charged in the final bill, these gestures did not make up for the overall substandard experience. Such a reputed restaurant and such things are completely not acceptable. Strongly urge the management to improve cleanliness and staff training. Extremely oily, spicy food. No vegetables in the "vegetable" gravy. Tons of green chillies in the dal making it impossible to eat. Sent rotis instead of butter, which was requested. Surely not reordering ever again.
