We do understand that the service is of utmost importance, and we fell short of meeting your expectations.The Hot water facilities is available 24x7 but as per your experience will defiantly going to take proper action. We don't allow out side food in our premises as per the inhouse rules and the same has been clearly mentioned every where to make the people aware.
