The truth is that you will really enjoy tasty filet américain. The staff is hospitable that's what makes this restaurant so nice. Google users awarded Omkara Kitchen 4.2.
Only stopped to eat. Pricey for a place with sticky tables, subpar food, and dirty bathrooms. The place was empty (off-season) yet they clearly haven't checked bathrooms for a long time until we mentioned it. To be fair, they did take care of it after. Service was relaxed but still caring. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
We ordered Deluxe Thali, They delivered COLD FOOD ! they didnt even care to microwave their already cooked dishes for thali, On complaining about the same the bald guy who was present there as a manager didnt even care to fix the order instead just lifted the plate from front of us as we took first bite and told them about our review. Also asked me to make payment for the dishes that they didnt even serve yet, why would we want to continue eating at your OUTLET, when u dont take customer feedback and say alright mam i will get the dishes warmed up for u but instead u lift the plate and say this u dont have to pay for, but this (the item not even served yet) you will be charged for. Firstly its very unfortunate and we regret that your experience was not as memorable as the 100's of other guests Dinning everyday with us. Our Thali's, like else where in the world are pre cooked a hour or max two before Lunch time, but are served hot. It is not our standard practice to fix things already served, we normally propose to replace anything gone faulty, which the Manager did offer but your group was not receptive to his suggestion. Also re-warming guest food which gets cold on the guest table in microwave is not a standard practice in any good Restaurant. Post checking the CCTV's we understand the reason for the vegetables turning cold was the approx 10 minute time gap between service and complaint of it being cold. Would like to Remind you that your complain originally was not about the warmth but the quantity of the vegetable portions in the Thali. We did not want to sound rude but you cannot expect 3-4 people to share a Thali and the vegetable quantity still to suffice. After a lot of discussion amongst yourself, you returned 10 minutes later, now complaining of vegetable being cold. Despite knowing the reason for vegetable going cold our Manager accepted you rejecting the Thali and simply took it away. It was exactly then that the Chinese dishes ordered by you also arrived for service but you chose to reject it for no valid reason without it being even eing served . As per a standard practice of any hotel, you are liable for paying for something which is brought for service but being rejected for no valid reason. Sometimes when we get off on the wrong side of the bed everything thereon seems upside . Looks like we both had our that bad day yesterday. Given a chance in future, we can only assure you of a memorable experience. In meanwhile wish you a great onward journey. Regards Team Omkara Kitchen

Bad experience, ordered delux thali ,food was cold and taste less.prices are too high
