Inspite of the food being better than the others around, the staff and service is very very rude and impolite. We requested them to bring in a table inside for my mother and grandmother to sit due to extreme heat outside, they very rudely replied that it is not possible, even though they have the space for it, saying that it would guard off their sweet display. They asked us to wait while all the other parties were having their own sweet time in AC even after finishing their food, since the staff allowed it and the customers would not care anyway. They would not even bring in a chair for the elderly to sit and would not bring in a table inside where the space for two tables are available. The staff is young and inconsiderate and do not even have the decency to speak politely with the elderly. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Om Sweets and Snacks is located near Bishorjon Ghat in Newtown. The place is all vegetarian. We ordered a dahi vada. The food was very good and service was quick. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The interior is well decorated.
