I’ve ordered from this restaurant over a hundred times now, and both my roommate and I consistently prefer their food over others. However, it’s disappointing to see how little they seem to value loyal customers. It feels like their only concern is money, not customer satisfaction. We usually stick to a few regular dishes like egg fried rice and chicken fried rice. One thing that really doesn’t make sense is their policy on Schezwan sauce. Whether I order a half or a full portion, they provide just one small serving of sauce. It’s frustrating that they don’t seem to consider the quantity of food when it comes to accompaniments. The staff often come across as unprofessional, and the person who answers the phone sounds like he’s doing the customer a favor, rather than offering a service we’re paying for. Overall, it’s disappointing to see such poor customer service from a place we’ve supported so regularly. You won’t get rice by giving 1 sezwan sauce extra , I won’t get poor buying 1 .. Think mate

Uncle’s Kitchen in IC Colony, Borivali West is an old establishment. The place is modest with simple ambience that is maintained for over decades. The seating area is small with old style cushioned chairs and tables. The service is quick with friendly staff. This place is known for it’s on time service and inexpensive food. The food served is good and the serving is sufficient enough for two people. The Chinese and the Tandoori delicacies are something that people order most. However, they need to improve the ambiance and hygiene of the place. Uncle’s kitchen being one of the old eatery and economical place can be visited if you’re someone who is not fussy about the ambiance of the place. .
