We recently went there to celebrate a special day for a loved one. Beautiful property and the restaurant. Italian food was great- same taste and quality as we would get in Europe. Super attentive and friendly service. A bit pricey for Indian standard, but it’s St Regis after all. I would highly recommend and would come back again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

During my recent visit to South Goa, I had the pleasure of dining at an authentic Italian restaurant that truly impressed me with its culinary excellence. This gem of a place offers a menu wonderfully curated using home-grown, internationally, and locally sourced vegetables, making it a perfect go-to spot for anyone seeking genuine Italian cuisine. From the moment we arrived, the host, Naresh, welcomed us with a warm smile and guided us through the menu, sharing the stories behind each dish's creation. His polite and attentive demeanor set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. To add to the personal touch, the chefs themselves visited our table to ensure our experience was exquisite and to gather any feedback we might have. We started our meal with a basket of homemade bread that included focaccia, ciabatta, and sourdough. Each piece was astonishingly delicious, boasting flavors I had never experienced before. For the main course, I opted for the Aglio Olio Peperoncino pasta, a dish that tantalized my taste buds with its burst of exotic flavors from garlic, olive oil, and green chilies. The Insalata Oliveto salad and a refreshing lemon iced tea complemented the meal perfectly. To top it all off, the classic tiramisu was subtly delicious, infused with the wonderful aroma of coffee and cocoa. Our lunch was an impromptu plan, yet the staff made it perfect with their heartwarming service and attention to detail. A big thank you to everyone for making our dining experience so delightful. One of the best italian restaurant just not in the city but i would say in the country. Great competition to the best chefs. Brilliant ambience, great service and what do i say about the food!
