FOOD = The food tastes decent, and they offer a wide variety of fast-food options. Personally, I find their wraps definitely worth trying. Also their Shakes are Good. SERVICE = A bit slow service, even on the days when it isn't very crowded. AMBIANCE = The atmosphere and seating are both satisfactory. HYGIENE = The place seems quite clean and hygienic. PRICE = The menu is moderately priced. I used to love this place for the yummy food and lesser priced items. However we can never compromise on the quality of food right. Off late we did end up seeing cockroaches roaming around the place but ignored assuming every place has it. But yesterday we found one in our drink. That’s something that’s unacceptable. They did refund the amount but what’s the guarantee we would not be served again. Attaching the pic for reference as well. Very disappointed in the quality right now.
