Similarly, the charge for the additional portion of rice was billed as per policy, but the team offered to remove it when they sensed it may have caused you discomfort. At no point was it our intention to make you feel any less valued, and we are sorry if it appeared that way.We deeply appreciate your understanding while the dessert for the birthday celebration was being prepared, and we’re sorry that the wait added to your frustration.
