Olive Bistro, Goregaon offers a charming blend of quirk and comfort, making it an ideal spot for a leisurely meal or a relaxed evening out. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with tasteful European-inspired décor, pop vibe and soft lighting, and a calm, cozy vibe that allows you to truly unwind. What truly elevated our experience was the service. Shakti, in particular, deserves a special mention for being attentive, courteous, and genuinely warm. all the below are highly recommended! Cocktails. Pina Picante: A delightful tropical cocktail with a spicy twist. The sweetness of pineapple is beautifully balanced with subtle heat, making it refreshing yet bold. It’s playful, well-crafted, and a great way to start the meal. Rosemary Gin Fizz: Elegant and aromatic, this cocktail stood out with its herbal notes. The rosemary adds a refreshing earthiness to the gin, while the fizz keeps it light and crisp perfect for those who enjoy nuanced flavours. Food. Chilli Garlic Prawns: Perfectly cooked prawns tossed in a punchy chilli-garlic sauce. The flavours were bold without overpowering the freshness of the prawns, and the texture was spot on juicy, tender, and satisfying. Portuguese Style Grilled Chicken: A standout dish. The chicken was well-marinated, grilled to perfection, and packed with smoky, tangy flavours. It was juicy on the inside with a lovely char on the outside, reflecting authentic Portuguese-style seasoning. Four Cheese Pizza: Comfort food done right. The pizza had a crisp base topped with a rich blend of cheeses that melted beautifully together. Creamy, indulgent, and balanced, it was neither too heavy nor bland. Super Loaded Hot Dog: A fun, hearty option with generous toppings. Every bite was flavourful, making it a satisfying and indulgent choice, especially for those in the mood for something casual yet filling. Dessert. Chocolate Fondant: The perfect ending to the meal. Warm, gooey, and indulgent, with a rich molten center that oozed out on cutting. It was decadent without being overly sweet, exactly how a classic fondant should be. they also have jain and vegan options to choose from! it's a must visit! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
