A lot of issues related to parking. Except that everything is ok ok. If you are having a rental car, I would suggest you to choose some other hotel

I am deeply disappointed with Olive hotel we had 4 days of stay in the Olive. The ambience is okay but service of the staff is very disappointing. At the start of the stay we notified that our room A102 air conditioning is not working properly.As we went in march it was humid as hell and A.C. was not working. We complained everyday but non of the staff called electrician to repair. Yes sir okay sir we will.handle sir was the response. One more incidence is I ordered tea in the the morning at 07:45 am, the staff said it will be sent at 8:00 am.The whole day was gone but they said we are eending but no team came. Resort view is great , sorrunder by trees , many birds sounds makes it more beautyfull. BUT but, 1. when loadshedding happens our neighbour resorts/hotels start generator immediately, but Olive wait for 10mins to come electricity, then they on generator . Thats not value for money , tariiffs are at higher side. 2. I faced water problem in bathroom for atleast total 1Day , but they shift us to another room . Pool is very neat n clean , well maintained . Staff was so polite spoken guys Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great view
