I've never had such a disappointing experience at any bakery. Providing feedback here is almost impossible, as they react poorly and raise their voices. They act as though you should accept whatever they serve, no matter the quality, without question. If you're okay with receiving less value for your money, don't buy anything from them, but if quality and customer service matter to you, I’d never recommend Old Town Bake House, Eroor.

I ordered a Lotus Biscoff milkshake, but it didn’t taste as I expected. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they reacted poorly and raised their voices. It was evident that customers were expected to accept whatever was served, regardless of quality. I would never recommend Oldtown Bakehouse Eroor to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1

We had ginger lime soda which was made with fresh ingredients. So refreshing! Also tried the custard cream bun, which the attendant warmed up before serving. The service is commendable.
