Come here for good roast beef, fried fish and fried crabs if you are hungry. The terrific staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. People say that the service is spectacular here. From the guests' viewpoint, the atmosphere is lovely. But google users haven't given this restaurant a high rating.

Olam, located near the serene Kavvayi Backwaters, is a peaceful spot, especially during sunset. The experience of sitting by the boat jetty with your feet near the water is unmatched. While the ambiance is fantastic and the beef with pazhampori is a must-try, the service could be better—our chai took 30 minutes to arrive. It’s a great place to unwind, especially on less crowded weekends. Definitely worth a visit while it still retains its charm! I had an amazing experience at Olam Food Joint! The restaurant is beautifully situated by the riverside, offering a serene backwater view that perfectly complements the dining experience.
