Clients don't like biryani at this restaurant. Food delivery is an important benefit of Ola foods. It's a pity, the staff is unpleasant as most visitors mention. Disappointing service is something that guests would like to improve here. As guests' reviews show, sometimes the atmosphere at this place can be disgusting. This spot is not highly appreciated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

There is no option to give zero star otherwise I would have given zero star to ola. Ola foods earlier had a concept of otp based delivery of food. But to give effect to a fraud they have removed otp based delivery. I had placed an order amounting to Rs 210. The order was never delivered and marked as delivered. There is no option to reach customer care. No way to get your money back. Never ever buy from Ola Foods. Despite raising multiple complaints I have neither received any communication nor the amount has been refunded Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I would gice ZERO. These people took my order and for some extraordinary reasons the delivery time was 55-60 minutes. It got delayed. I waited for another 20 minutes and spoke to the customer care. She asked me to wait for another 15 minutes. After 15 minutes i called her again and she just disconnected the call and initiated refund. My issue is not the money, but the fact that i sat for 2 hours n didn't get my food. Here i am hungry after 2 hours of waiting. Worst services! Service: Delivery Meal type: Breakfast

Ola food delivery option is such worst option. Even after 3-4 hours you ll not get ur food delivery. Customer call option will never be there. Such a waste service by ola. They ll just take money and never deliver you the food. Never ever order on ola. Shame on ola. Learn something from other apps and be professional.
