We ordered Mango Juice from Swiggy but received Mango Ice Cream instead. In the app, when searching for "Mango Juice" under the juice section, the item is listed simply as "Mango." However, neither the title nor the description indicates that it is mango ice cream. When we raised the issue, one of the staff members from Royal Bakers spoke to us in an unprofessional manner. As customers, we are the reason your business thrives—keep that in mind!
