Ordered cheese jalapeno chicken shawarma box through swiggy on March 16. The chicken tastes like mud and smell was very bad, even mayo tastes like a wax. I immediately reached out to swiggy support but they refused to provide any solution and advised me to report on food corporporation since it deals with the quality of restaurant. I tried many numbers and finally got a phone number of owner Mr.Mohan. I explained clearly about the issue and he accepted to provide a refund to through google pay. He told me to share my number and i provided my number with swiggy order id screenshot and sent everything through whatsapp but now the date is april 8 still i didn't get any proper reply from him. Is this how they treat their regular customer. Very worst.
