Luchi- This is an emotion for any Bengali.
Kosha Mangsho - Simmered slow cooked tender mutton pieces.
Kachha Lanka Murgi- Chicken Cooked in gravy of green chillies.
Ghee Pulau- Pulau in combination of ghee , kaju and kismis.
Begun bhaja- Luchi and begun bhaja is a great combination
Bhapa Sandesh- The awesome tender raw coconut meat slowly processed into wonderful cube, it was absolutely mouth melting.
The hospitality was excellent.
