Heartbroken to see such poorly prepared food at Oh! Calcutta. It’s a brand I’ve always held close, but today’s experience was truly disappointing. From the bland flavours to the rushed, closing-time service, everything felt poorly managed. The chain may rely on the nostalgia of Bengali memories, but with this dip in quality and taste, that charm won’t last long.

They have presented wrong picture of lacha prantha, it was a maida roti instead of lacha prantha and it was not good to eat, photo attached. Perai prantha was also made up of maida but it was little eatable

I had a truly disappointing experience at Oh! Calcutta Hyderabad. Ordered Mutton Kosha and a few other dishes, waited a painful 45 minutes, and was rewarded with a bitter, flavorless curry that tasted nothing like Mutton Kosha should. Told the server — no apology, no explanation, just silently took it away. Fifteen minutes later, a new one appeared with the manager’s apology. But here’s the question — if you knew the curry was bad, why serve it to customers at all? That’s not hospitality, that’s carelessness. This ruined my mood, wasted my time, and left me wondering how a restaurant with such a big name can serve food this poor. Honestly, think twice before going — you’ll get more flavor, more heart, and more value from a thela wala on the street. Only giving 1 star for the property and the fact that the place is at least a bit clean. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner
