Ilish Fry portion(Hilsa Fry) - I think this dish does not need any introduction. I must say one thing, they provided really very good quality and tasty Hilsa .
Per plate contains one big piece along with 2 standard size fried Roe. I won't try to explain the taste, my mouth is watery already.??

Bhetki Kalia- Taste of Bhetki was good, I would not mention very good though. I found little sweetness in the gravy,which I didn't like much. All-over, the item is OK.?
