I'm a long time admirer of this chain and their food, as well as a loyal customer for several years. I've never been more disappointed than today. I'm not sure if the chef has changed or what, but this wasn't the Oh! Calcutta we've come to love.While the staff honoured my cooking requests, the actual preparation was very poor. There were several items that were stale and not fresh. The potatoes weren't cooked. The chicken was horribly overcooked. The mutton Biriyani severely lacked salt. The kancha lonka murgi was also below par this time. I don't know what has gone wrong, but I sincerely hope they mend things in the kitchen.This was one of the last places that hadn't degraded in quality over time. It remains to be seen if it has slipped all the way or this was simply an isolated incident.
