One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a café. I placed my order and waited patiently, but even after 40 minutes, nothing was served. When I checked with the coffee counter, they didn’t even know my coffee order existed. I still gave them the benefit of doubt and waited longer. After an entire hour, neither coffee nor food arrived. To make it worse, guests who arrived after me were served before my table. When I asked the staff, all I got were empty “sorry, sorry” responses. Extremely unprofessional service and complete mismanagement. I am not interested in apologies, and I will never be coming back here again. This café is simply not capable of handling customers properly. Service: 1

beautiful ambience with very good taste. the view from the balcony is very refreshing. Good staff and service. Some people may find there menu expensive and i also found some items to be overpriced, so go accordingly. its worth going atleast once.
