very pathetic management and experience... I went with friends, waited for the table for 30 mins and waited for the food after ordering as well and then... guess what, apart from my order all orders came and after they finished they bought my order... so I just wasted my 2 hours waiting for table food and ended up looking at my friends'faces while they ate... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I live near Odisha Hotel and love Odia food, so I’ve visited many times. Usually, I get a seat quickly, but on weekends, it can take 15-30 minutes. My last visit was awful. It took 1 hour and 10 minutes to get a table for two. After sitting, we waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order, and the food came after another hour. We arrived at 1:30 PM, but didn’t eat until 4:00 PM!We ordered a fish thali and a mutton thali, but the food wasn’t good. The mutton was tasteless, and it’s not like the tasty food they used to serve. The staff seemed confused and didn’t know how to handle customers well. I think the management needs better training or a new team to run the place properly.I don’t recommend going here on weekends or holidays until they fix these problems.
