People mention that the service is enjoyable here. As visitors state, high prices might disappoint you a little. When inside, the atmosphere is pretty. Extremely Disappointed with Odeum by Prism – Not Worth a Single Rupee! One of the worst experiences I’ve had in Hyderabad nightlife. Odeum by Prism is all about money-making and zero customer satisfaction. The entry charges are too expensive for the substandard service they offer. Inside, it’s clear they are more focused on looting customers than providing a good experience. The staff is immature, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. They are trained not to serve but to upsell and forcefully extract money at every step — be it tables, drinks, or food. You’ll be shocked at how casually they talk back and treat guests. Coming to the service – absolutely horrible. Slow, careless, and rude. The food is overpriced with terrible taste, and the hygiene standards are seriously questionable — especially the washrooms, which were in a disgusting state. Overall, Odeum is a complete scam under the name of a luxury club. If you’re expecting good vibes, service, or value for money, this is NOT the place. Would never recommend. A total waste of time, energy, and money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
