A Vegetarian Delight at ODE Rating: We recently visited ODE for a vegetarian dinner, and it was an absolute standout. While many high-end restaurants treat vegetarian options as an afterthought, ODE clearly puts immense thought and creativity into their plant-based offerings. The Culinary Highlights: Two dishes truly stole the show and are must-tries for anyone visiting: Spinach Cavatelli with Seasonal Veggies: The pasta had the perfect texture, and the freshness of the vegetables made every bite bright and flavorful. Morel Risotto: This was incredibly rich and earthy. The morels were prepared beautifully, and the risotto achieved that elusive, creamy consistency that defines a top-tier kitchen. Exceptional Service: The food was matched only by the service. Our server, Mr. TON, made the evening truly special. He was incredibly polite and, more importantly, well-informed about the menu. He was able to speak to the ingredients and preparation methods with ease, which added a great layer of appreciation to our meal.
