I had asked the staff whether the items were fresh and whether they were hot or cold. They told me that the food was hot and fresh. So, I took a chicken puff and another puff from Odalbites for takeaway. But when I reached home and opened the parcel, the food was completely cold. It didn’t seem fresh at all, and the taste was very disappointing completely tasteless. I’m really unhappy with the quality. Please improve your food and service.
