We ended up here after a terrible experience with overbooking at another hotel. We spent a total of 6 nights in different rooms, ranging from the suite by the pool to double rooms. First and foremost, what mattered most to us was that the rooms were very clean! The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the products provided were of good quality. I also loved that we could borrow books from the rooms. The boutique hotel was very quiet at night, which made it incredibly relaxing. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The common areas of the hotel could have been given more attention. Since the hotel is surrounded by nature, there were a lot of small insects, leaves, etc., which would have been nice to have cleaned up as well. We had breakfast at the hotel, and it was good—sufficient to skip lunch each day, which we really appreciated. But when it came to the pool, we couldn't fully enjoy it. We visited for two consecutive days, but it wasn’t cleaned properly. On top of that, families were treating the pool like it was their own, and private swimming lessons were being held for kids, making it loud and unpleasant when we were trying to relax. On a positive note, the front desk staff was wonderful and very helpful—thanks to her for her hospitality! We would definitely come back -! One thing I would have appreciated is the chance to enjoy the pool and bar at night :) Service: 4
