I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The service was exceptionally poor, with staff being unhelpful and unprofessional. I also faced issues with the security deposit, which was never returned. To make matters worse, there was no electricity for most of my stay. The manager, Shankar, seemed to be drunk all the time and was charging extra money for no clear reason. Additionally, the hotel lacked basic safety features, making it unsuitable for families. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying here. I suggest owner to give behavioural training to sankar.We did not get basic amenities like soap,drinking water Service: 1

Our stay at Ocean Luxury Villas was nothing short of amazing! Incredibly helpful owner, great property and fun vibes with friends! Would recommend Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
