This was our 2nd visit to this hotel..lastly through agent ...Hotel new building rooms are small and smell of seepage is there....we booked direct from website..upon reaching hotel once highlighted this issue to sales person who took booking- Mr Baiju did not bother to call back even.....never called back.. Hotel staff tried every possible way to pitch new building hotel room one to another...but at last my wife who has been continuously saying room in old building she stayed ...then front desk found (that was a saviour) from CRM our old number and gave us same room where we stayed last time.
