We visited Sahara Star and tried their new restaurant, Mabruk – The Mediterranean. The ambience was beautiful and gave a very relaxing vibe. It’s a perfect place for a family dinner or even a romantic date. If you enjoy Mediterranean and Lebanese food, this spot should definitely be on your list. Make sure to book a table in advance.We started with refreshing mocktails – they looked great and tasted really good. For starters, we had Mishwi Mishakal (mixed grill), which was delicious. We also tried Mishwi Bhari, a seafood mix recommended by the chef – the taste was amazing. The hummus, lebneh, and vegetarian starters were all flavorful.The main course was Mandi Lambi Rice, beautifully presented and tasty. We also tried falafel, Batata Harra, and Kibbeh Laham – all were well-cooked and full of flavor.To end our meal, we had baklava with ice cream, which was sweet and delicious – a perfect dessert.Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. The food, service, and staff were all top-notch. If you’re at Sahara Star, you must visit Mabruk.

My recent visit to Mabruk was amazing, the Seafood Platter was so luxurious and especially curated for lovers of Mediterranean-style seafood.Cold Mezze PlatterWas creamy, and flavorful and had a mix of dips and salads. Hospitality was amazing. Great service. Baklava and knefeh was definitely worth trying.
