I had a very disappointing experience at Oasis Restaurant. We had a family table reserved for 8:15 PM, but despite having a confirmed booking, we were kept waiting until 9:15 PM to be seated. That’s a full hour of unnecessary delay with family, which was already quite frustrating.Unfortunately, the service didn’t improve after we were finally given a table. The staff was inattentive, and our starter was only served at 10:45 PM — more than two hours after our reservation time. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a family outing. Due to the poor service and excessive delays, we had no option but to leave without even completing our dinner.We had expected a pleasant evening, but this experience was far from it. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes efforts to improve customer service and respect reservation timing
