I had a very bad experience from this restaurant today. I placed an order on Zomato at 1:30 PM. The order was supposed to get delivered by 2:20 PM. But I didn't receive it till 2:30. At 2:30 PM I contacted the restaurant since the delivery partner had been waiting there for so long. They said they are about to hand over the order. But at 2:45 the delivery boy informed me that the restaurant had not handed over the order yet. At 2:50 PM the restaurant cancelled the order too. I ordered the food because I was hungry at 1:30 PM, and after waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes, the restaurant cancelled the order. I never faced such an experience from any restaurant before. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
